1. DIGITAL CIRCUITS LABORATORY
The Digital Circuits Laboratory is accessible to undergraduate students of various departments. The lab is well equipped CROs, function generators, digital multimeters, general purpose ICs, digital IC trainer kits etc. used in design and implementation of basic digital circuits.
Experiments performed in the lab range from hardware design and implementation of basic gates, analysis of gate parameters, comparators, synchronous and asynchronous counters, latches, frequency-meter etc. Students can also do their Micro, Mini and Main projects based on various digital ICs by using these facilities.

2. ANALOG CIRCUIT LAB
The Analog Circuits Laboratory is accessible to undergraduate students of all the departments. The lab is well equipped with Cathode Ray Oscilloscopes, function generators, digital multimeters, general purpose ICs, etc. used in design and implementation of basic electronic circuits.
Experiments performed in the lab range from hardware design and implementation of rectifiers,analysis of transistor characteristics, op amp applications etc.

3. EMBEDDED SYSTEM LAB
Microprocessor and Embedded Systems Laboratory is well equipped Laboratory which provides facilities for the design and development of microprocessor and micro-controller based systems which includes programming, debugging, testing and interfacing of various peripherals .Students can also do their Micro, Mini and Main projects based on various micro-controllers by using these facilities.

4. SIGNAL PROCESSING LAB
Digital Signal Processing (DSP) is concerned with the representation of signals in digital form, and with the transformation of such signal representations using digital computation. Digital Signal Processing is at the core of virtually all of today's information technology, and its impact is felt everywhere -- in telecommunications, medical technology, radar and sonar, and in seismic data analysis.

5. ADVANCED COMMUNICATION LAB
The Department has set up a sophisticated Communication Laboratory with the state-of-the-art equipment from Analog Devices and Texas Instruments. The laboratory is well equipped with hardware facilities consisting of Vector Network Analyser (6 GHz), Spectrum Analyzer (1.8 GHz), Synthesized RF Generators, Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (150-500 MHz).
Mixed signal Oscilloscopes (100 MHz), Logic Analyzers (16 & 34+ channels), Arbitrary Waveform generators (80 MHz), Pulse generators (150 MHz), Bench-Top DMM (6.5 Digit), Timer/ Counters (10 Digits, 5 GHz), Programmable Power Supplies, LCR Meters, Digital Modulation Signal Generators etc.
6. VLSI LABORATORY
The VLSI lab is well-equipped with some of the most modern facilities of recent times.
Hardware equipment include FPGA development kits from Xilinx and Altera Inc. CoWare Tools, Xilinx ISEFoundation Software, VIVADO software and ZedboardZynq 7000 - Kits.
7. ELECTRONICS WORKSHOP
The Basic Electronics workshop is equipped with fundamental testing and measurement equipments such CRO, Function Generator, DC Power supply and Digital Multimeters. The laboratory is also equipped with Mobile phone trainer, Oscilloscope demonstrator trainer and transformer winding machine.
8. KEYSIGHT RF COMMUNICATION LAB
MITS has got an advanced and well equipped RF design laboratory covering design and verification of the concepts of modern digital communication systems that operates from KHz-GHz range. The equipments are upto the mark of industrial design and manufacturing standards thus making this lab an active launchpad for budding innovators and scientists. The lab includes experiments on applications of various communication protocols such as GSM/CDMA/WLAN/Bluetooth/Satellite/GPS etc., analysing different devices and components such as filters/amplifiers/antennas etc. which enables wireless communication effective, modulation techniques and Characteristics of microwave waveguide components. This lab is equipped with 13.6 GHz Spectrum analyser, 18 GHz Vector Network Analyser, Mixed Signal Oscilloscopes, Digital Oscilloscope, Arbitrary waveform generator, Function Generators, Transmitter and Receiver modules, Antennas, Modules for Digital Modulation and Demodulation techniques and Power Supply units.
